Just don't make the mistake I made and not realize this product is JUST the refill; you need to have in hand the full product before you purchase this one.

Though I shop online and in a couple of other craft stores, Michael's has the best price on the Tombow refills. I'm grateful to Michael's for carrying this great product at a decent price point.
