Also, make sure you’ve got a stapler and a 2.5 cm thick self-adhesive polyurethane foam strip (available from hardware and business supply retailers).
Here’s how to make it:
Step 1
Use a die-cutting machine to cut acetate sheets to 30.4 cm wide x 22.8 cm long with two curved corners at the bottom, OR use this template to cut the same shape with scissors.
Step 2
Cut a 33 cm strip of elastic.
